Required Skills & Experience 5 + years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on model building 3 + years of experience in online consumer lending 2+ years of direct management experience Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL for data manipulation and statistical analysis Advanced degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering Desired Skills & Experience Experience in data engineering is a strong plus Familiarity with model governance frameworks and regulatory compliance Background in NPV modeling and valuation Strong business acumen and ability to align data science initiatives with company goals What You Will Be Doing
