Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field Working knowledge of pricing for Government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards and Service Contract Act (SCA)Must have an in depth working knowledge of developing and maintaining a compliant Estimating SystemMust interface efficiently with DCAA on proposal audit and Estimating System inquiriesA self-starter, quick learner, and independent work style which requires minimal supervisionInitiate special projects that could include efforts to explore process and technology opportunities, look for new approaches, solve known problems, etc.Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, and succession planningAbility to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, challenge status quo, and demonstrate ability to adapt to dynamic situations Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly express concepts in verbal and written formsAbility to navigate change and uncertainty, make defensible decisions in ambiguity and own those decisionsExperience in the US DoD sole source FAR15 contracting environmentThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer:
