Global Servicing Group Technology (GSGT) team is seeking a Product Delivery and Integration Director to lead multiple application teams within GSGT. As the Director of the PD&I team, you will lead a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team of Agile Champions, Release Train Engineers, and Technical Program Managers. Drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. You and your team will work closely with Product and Engineering teams across the GSGT portfolio to deliver end-to-end program management activities in alignment with business objectives, strategic vision, and roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Partners and collaborates with Product Management, Technology Leaders, and teams to understand the intended outcome of the program, manage delivery, and communicate progress delivery.
+ Translates key business goals and enables coordination of Product Management and technology leaders and teams to drive alignment of activities to achieve desired outcomes.
+ Coordinates and reviews portfolio’s end to end delivery plans.
+ Supports and guides the development process, collaborating optimally across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully complete deliverables in a timely manner.
+ Dedicatedly anticipates any risks and issues during the delivery of the portfolio plan and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken.
+ Facilitates the engagement of end-to-end delivery and/or support teams, negotiating where vital to resolve any resourcing conflicts that may arise due to availability or skill.
+ Promotes continuous improvement in Technology delivery processes to drive overall improvements.
+ Actively engages in resourcing processes to ensure organization agility.
+ Ensures adherence of portfolio (or Platform) supported relevant compliance requirements.
+ Works with the Service Delivery/Technology Operations to ensure quality and performance of program supported to achieve intended outcome.

**Communications**
+ Create and deliver executive-level and partner communications, elevating the product teams unified messages to drive decisions and accelerate decision making.
+ Collaborates with cross-functional senior leaders to plan and define the approach to communications and summary materials covering diverse topics including operations, delivery, finance, and business.
+ Oversees the process and materials to share out roadmaps on a regular cadence to ensure collaborator alignment and awareness.
**Process Improvements**
+ Collaborates with senior leaders (both internal and external to GSGT) to recommend and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Reviews and presents materials to senior leaders on recommendations to tackle overly sophisticated portfolio challenges, using relationships and subject matter expertise for the GSGT portfolios.
**People & Culture**
+ Collaborates with senior leaders to develop educational strategies across partner groups to provide effective knowledge sharing and ensures alignment of learning to annual and long-term organizational goals and priorities.
+ Influence others, often without direct authority, persuading with compelling data, facts, and conclusions.
+ Lead diverse, inclusive, and geographically dispersed teams, inspiring employee engagement, retention, progression, and performance management.
+ Develop collaboration and clarity between product, engineering, lines of business, and enterprise teams.
+ Establishes the strategic approach for the management and monitoring of the portfolio based on broad functional goals
**Qualifications/Skills**
+ 5 years in a Technology PD&I (Product Delivery & Integration) leadership role, with strong experience in leading large Technology programs.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required, advanced degree preferred.
+ Proven record of accomplishment of leading multiple portfolios/programs/projects at a time with a demonstrated skill and maturity of integrating software and end to end delivery across the Enterprise.
+ Strong experience in leading end-to-end testing across many platforms.
+ Demonstrated experience with system architecture, design & integration as well as business knowledge in multiple subject areas.
+ Experience in people leadership including coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
+ Experience and knowledge of Enterprise Platforms.
+ Additional Agile certifications a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with senior leaders

**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
