What You’ll Do

As a Director of Product Commercialization Strategy - Global you will be responsible for validating business cases, comparing benefits and value delivered versus competitive offerings, creating value bridges, and developing pricing strategies by segment and region. This role focuses on the financial aspects of the commercialization process to drive strategic growth and profitability. Duties will include:

Validate financial and commercial viability of new product ideasConduct competitive analysis to compare benefits and value deliveredDevelop and communicate value bridges to quantify customer valueCoordinate with Product Management and Sales to ensure alignmentCreate and implement pricing strategies by segment and regionAlign pricing strategies with overall business goals and market conditionsMonitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategiesIdentify business opportunities and growth areasOversee the financial aspects of product launches and commercializationDevelop and manage budgets for new product introductionsDevelop high-quality promotional tools and materialsManage and coordinate global tradeshows and eventsCultivate relationships with technical, marketing, and advertising vendorsCustomize marketing materials for different technologies and regions
 

 

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required. MBA from accredited institution preferred8+ years of professional experience in B2B sales and marketingTechnical sales experience preferred.Experience in developing and executing strategies to achieve organizational goalsPrior commercial and marketing experienceExtremely proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPointMust be able to travel roughly 20%Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
