We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director for a part of our Strategically Sourced Ingredient portfolio. As the Director Product Management, Health, Nutrition and Care, you will be responsible for shaping and developing this Category, in strong collaboration with HNC Segment Leads and with special focus on Dietary Supplements and natural Ingredients. You will develop a network of industry partners and enable the profitable growth of this product category by driving its strategic, tactical and operational agendas. **Your key responsibilities:**
Strategic Planning / Industry network building:
+ Develop cross-functional product line/portfolio strategies that enable the realization of segment growth ambitions and support sourcing strategies.
+ Build, maintain and develop a strong network within the industry to stay informed about market trends and opportunities, fostering relationships that benefit the business.
+ Perform a strategic review of the current portfolio incl taking potential actions necessary to align with Segment growth ambitions & profitability.
Tactical Operations:
+ Maximize profitability in a cost-competitive way by developing options and business cases with relevant departments, driving the decision process, and executing strategies, including supporting on contract elaboration and innovation roadmaps.
+ Contribute to building the portfolio value proposition incl regularly stress-test value propositions against the competition.
Operational Steering:
+ Conduct the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process (PCR) for relevant products.
+ Support the strategy definition and follow the implementation.
+ Support the definition of best partner selection for new product needs.
+ Implement actions to boost business performance and manage operational aspects, including supporting product launches, portfolio maintenance, phase-ins/outs, cost-saving plans definition and change management.
+ Coordinate cross-product family initiatives to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency.

**You bring:**
+ A bachelor or engineering degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA can be beneficial.
+ 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the nutraceuticals, botanicals, pharma, food or vitamins industry.
+ Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
+ Familiarity with the regulatory environment, quality standards, and scientific principles related to botanicals and vitamins.
+ Ability to work effectively with various teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain.
+ Ability to communicate and present at the right level and effectively with different types of stakeholders including leadership members, partners and customers.
