Honeywell\nis currently recruiting a high caliber, seasoned Director Product Management to\nlead our Aerospace and Defense sensing portfolio within Honeywell Sensing\nSolutions (HSS) business. This entails setting the strategy and portfolio\nlifecycle goals for the Aerospace and Defense portfolio of switches, sensors\nand controls sensor solutions as well as innovating new technologies and\nsolutions within these markets and applications.
As a Director of Offering Management focused on Aerospace\nand Defense Sensing Portfolio here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role\nin driving growth and profitability by aligning our offerings with growth\nindustries and end segments. You will be responsible for developing and\nexecuting strategies to expand our Aerospace and Defense Sensing portfolio and\ncapture market opportunities in high-growth sectors. Your strong leadership\nskills, strategic thinking, coupled with Aerospace and Defense market insights\nwill be essential in driving the success of our business.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our\nstrategic direction, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share\nexpansion. You will drive key metrics including\nrevenue, pricing, delivery and market share. You will have direct\nresponsibility for employees in offering management and provide direction for\nR&D efforts. This role requires a strong capability for portfolio\nmanagement, customer and factory engagement, roadmap and innovation and 80/20\nexpertise.
Ideal Candidate Experience:

Portfolio\nStrategy and Development:
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company’s Aerospace and Defense Sensing product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new offerings.Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and portfolio gaps.Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability.Product\nLifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of Aerospace and Defense Sensing products within the portfolio, from concept development through to end-of-life decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to define product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and product differentiation strategies.Monitor product performance metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share, and make data-driven decisions to optimize portfolio performance.Stakeholder\nManagement and Collaboration:
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and market dynamics.Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive portfolio growth and profitability.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product offerings.Continuous\nImprovement and Innovation:
