Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a global leader in the manufacturing of premium building products and related technologies, is currently seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our Marketing team at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA. This position will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of product innovation, marketing strategies, communication efforts, and business life cycle projects for the designated category of products. This individual will oversee a team of new product development and product managers who collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across research and development, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This position ensures that products align with market needs and business goals, leading the organization in prioritizing opportunities, optimizing product portfolios, and delivering differentiated value to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists to execute product marketing strategies and initiatives Leads the New Product Development Team that oversees project management of the innovation and development efforts using a Stage Gate process. Executes product innovation efforts to develop new products in close partnership with R&D and Operations Directs the "Voice of Customer" efforts to ensure well-developed outcome-driven innovation and a superior customer experience. Act as the primary liaison between leadership and the product organization Directs and manages the organization’s advertising and promotional activities for all product lines. Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches. Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services. Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget. Establishes project priority for product line development in collaboration with R&D and Operations Executes customer-facing product promotion activities, including presentations and training Designates and oversees code requirements and certifications for all product lines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required. A master's degree is strongly preferred.
