**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The Technology Workforce & Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a center of excellence (COE) that tightly aligns with and supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so too must our talent strategy.
This newly created role will report to the Vice President of TWTE and will be instrumental in the advancement of the Attract & Welcome pillar of our People & Culture Strategy. Through collaborating with internal & external stakeholders, the successful candidate will manage a team of talent specialists to develop and manage the programs that enable us to deliver best in class programs & experiences. In this role, the Director, Attract & Welcome Programs will:
+ Lead the development of the Technology Recruitment Marketing assets and campaign delivery in partnership with Global Talent Acquisition and Global Marketing teams in the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) to ensure we are optimizing our ability to attract the best talent.
+ Lead the global Technology Welcome programs – with a persona led approach for all band levels across all locations to ensure a best in class, Technology specific welcome experience.
+ Lead the Technical Excellence functions including the Technical Bar and mentoring programs and the annual Technical Career Path.
+ Lead and embed Inclusive Hiring Leader Best Practices across Technology.
+ Adopt a data driven approach, create program roadmaps and strategies ensuring the progress is tracked and pivot as necessary to meet the needs of the workforce.
+ Partner with key stakeholders within Technology, CEG and colleague networks to ensure we are bringing others along, building strong relationships and working collectively towards shared goals.
+ Ensure that we represent TWTE in a coherent and fulfilling way, offering best in class programs and consultancy to our partners and stakeholders.
+ Champion diversity, inclusion, and accessibility within our programs and initiatives.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Experienced in partnering with stakeholders to drive people strategies and/or relevant degree (5 years )
+ Previous strong experience within talent functions.
+ Ability to drive projects and initiatives as a self-starter with a strong client focus, outstanding critical thinking, and a solution-focused mindset.
+ Ability to influence, build relationships and partner across a broad range of stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to understand complex problems and root causes, and to make data‐driven recommendations.
+ Demonstrated ability to gather internal and external insights to understand and identify needs and systematic solutions at scale, intellectual courage, and curiosity.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, story-telling and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize work within a fast-paced, fluid environment.
+ Demonstrate strategic thinking and decision-making skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
+ Have a track record of building trust and rapport quickly.
+ Hold an ability to articulate vision and direction, communicate effectively and manage and measure team performance and accountability.
+ Demonstrated success leading others, sharing information, connecting dots, and working effectively across teams.
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually bonus benefits
