Director Project Management, Patient Support Services

The **Director, Project Management** manages a team of Project Managers with a **focus on delivery of Patient Support Services Implementations** from initiation to closeout **.**
This role requires a strong leader with a keen understanding of **Pharmaceutical Patient Services programs** such as **Hub, Copay, Adherence, and In Home Clinical Solutions** and is able to communicate effectively and efficiently with our **pharmaceutical client leadership teams.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manages staff and leads the team in the development and execution of **large-scale implementation projects for pharmaceutical client patient support services** . Providing direction, guidance, and developmental opportunities while ensuring consistent use of tools/processes across all **pharmaceutical client projects related to Patient Support Services.**
+ **Direct, supervise and manage project(s) and/or multi-project programs** ensuring the quality of deliverables on time and within budget. Has strategic decision-making responsibility for the project/program. Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices.
+ Lead the team who will manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities for the **Patient Support Services project(s)** **and/or multi-project program(s) for our pharmaceutical clients.**
+ Develop and implement continuous improvement for assigned projects and programs related to our **pharmaceutical clients Patient Support services.**
+ Work with Business Development to understand scope of work and manage project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals, proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes.
+ Leads the teams that serve as primary project contacts with internal and external customers to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.
+ Ensure the development of project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables.
+ Evaluate impact of risk, develop, and implement quality and risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables.
+ Coordinates workstreams and cross-functional project teams while monitoring the use of consistent tools and methodologies; identifies and evaluates potential project risks and develops mitigation plans.
+ Supervise maintenance of project management information and data tracking systems such as **Smartsheet.**
+ May take project management lead role for specified customer(s), including acting as team member on operation and/or steering committees with strategic partners.
+ Serve as a project management liaison with other groups within IQVIA.
+ Lead team to act as key relationship managers for assigned **pharmaceutical clients;** recommend courses of action regarding customer management issues; implement plan following approval by senior management.
+ Accountable for the financial oversight and goals for projects of assigned customers to meet company realization targets.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
+ **US Remote/home based** with approximately **15% travel required.**
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Management experience required. Managerial skills, including a strong focus on team building.
+ 12+ years related experience in **pharmaceutical service industry** and **7+ yrs. experience in project management required.**
+ Knowledge of **Pharmaceutical Patient Services programs such as Hub, Copay, Adherence, and In Home Clinical Solutions.**
+ Proficient in **MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and other project management applications required** .
+ Knowledge of IQVIA databases and report creation process preferred.
+ **PMP Certification Preferred**

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $132,400.00 - $245,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
