This role will report into the Regional Vice President Sales NA TTH and will manage a sales and technical team responsible for customer relationships, sales, and technical support of Fresh Dairy and Plant-Based accounts to deliver against the regional sales ambition for the Fresh Dairy segment.

**Your key responsibilities**
+ Lead a regional team to achieve in excess of $50 million in annual sales, aligning regional strategy with global objectives and market opportunities within the Nutritional Ingredient, Hydrocolloid, Culture, and Enzyme market segments
+ Lead and mentor Account and Technical Service Managers, driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, setting clear targets, and ensuring technical proficiency through ongoing training
+ Align with the global segment team, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence and confirming financial performance and outlook for an informed global strategy
+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with business development on product launches
+ Engage key customers to strengthen relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction and closely collaborate with distributors in the region to ensure their proficiency and approach is aligned with the overall global and regional strategy
+ Focus on business development and building the fresh dairy pipeline to meet/exceed customer needs
_This position is a US Home-based role. The position can be located on the East Coast or in the Midwest (eastern and central time zones) of the United States._ _Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $108,600 - $180,000._

**You bring:**
+ Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in sales/business management, and/or strategic marketing required. Solid knowledge of the Dairy and/or Food & Beverage industries is required along with expertise in fresh dairy
+ Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to lead through change, manage multiple priorities, and drive growth in a dynamic environment
+ Must excel in managing complex, strategic accounts, including cross-functional collaboration, price negotiation, and customization, while navigating industry nuances and ambiguity
+ Proven record of meeting & exceeding sales targets, motivating teams, and managing cross-functional and global relationships
+ Experience managing a team directly is required. Proactive, dynamic leadership with strong team management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, and/or Strategic Marketing or equivalent required; MBA is a plus
