Sage is seeking a Director to join its growing Global Routes to Revenue (“RTR”) team. The RTR team is responsible for GTM design, developing commercial models, revenue planning and creating an analytical framework to measure GTM performance. Reporting into the Director of GTM Performance & Analytics, you will be responsible for helping to create a global single source of truth for GTM analytics (starting with the Intacct product).

You must be passionate about cross-functional collaboration and project delivery as well as analyzing, interpreting and understanding GTM, financial and operational data in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to communicate insights with business stakeholders at all levels. You will have significant experience working with GTM executives as their trusted adviser. The successful candidate will manage a small global team as well as direct resources outside of their direct reporting structure. Working collaboratively across regions and across functional disciplines to drive outcomes is an essential quality.
