We are seeking Director of Residential Services to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA location.

 

The Director of Residential Services is responsible for overseeing residential programming and operations across the Philadelphia area, including Northeast Philadelphia and Germantown. The primary office is located at 235 W School House Ln., Philadelphia, PA 19144. This role collaborates closely with the Regional and Executive Directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential services.

 

General Responsibilities:

Maintain current licenses, agreements, certifications, and approvals for all residential facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Foster professional relationships with state, county, and agency representatives to support program success and collaboration. Provide biweekly supervision and support to Site Supervisors to ensure effective program operations and staff performance. Monitor and achieve financial goals, staying informed of departmental budgets and financial performance. Assist in developing new programs and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in residential services.

$81,000 annually salary, plus mileage reimbursement.
