**Job Description​** This position is accountable for the operational direction and management of the Respiratory Care Services department on a 24-hour basis. This includes short and long term planning, program and staff management and development, resource and budget management, quality monitoring and improvement, strategic planning, and evaluation of policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and patient satisfaction. Maintains clinical and management knowledge to advance the profession and utilizes team leadership within the department to accomplish these goals.
