Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Lead and steer the execution of the GCA/Global Brand Strategy locally through consistent deployment and development of GCA sign-off set up and the retail marketing plan also toolkits throughout the GCA country clusters, delivering into all relevant Brand and Commercial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with GCA BUs, Brand coms, MOPs, CTC and global GTM team to ensure smooth and high-quality GCA sign-off set up twice a year. Develop retail marketing toolkits and guidelines based on GCA annual retail marketing plan and seasonal ISC calendar of GCA, supporting both the global brand priorities and category needs. Lead conversations to influences global Retail Marketing on GCA country clusters omni channel retail marketing needs together with respective BUs. Lead the collaboration between the GCA VM planning and country clusters retail marketing omni channel team to determine how marketing campaigns and ISC materials “come to life” at retail by developing monthly ISC plans. Lead in the development of the overall GCA retail marketing MWB plan in accordance to GCA sign-off set up and the annual retail marketing plan across GCA country clusters Facilitate the internal and external communication of the developed retail marketing plans within the organization. Leads the process of plan monitoring and tracking all retail marketing activities Provides analysis of the results of the key retail marketing initiatives Manage and maximize all key vendors partners, including but not limited to: Creation, Props, POP, Retail Activation, etc. to ensure that the partnerships are maximized. Provides leadership for horizontal as well as vertical reports Sets performance plans with each direct report Plans include goals, key job responsibilities, competency development, measures, and follow-up activities. Reviews include goals, key job responsibilities, company values and competency development. Provides coaching & feedback to subordinates Ensures that direct reports set performance plans with subordinates Cooperates with superior & HR in all pay decisions regarding subordinates Generates a high level of teamwork between all Departments Other job-related work assigned by supervising manager

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail planning/management with leading consumer goods company Extensive understanding of across GCA retail business, retail implementation and retail marketing Knowledgeable about GCA sports and international sports. An interest and desire to participate in and learn about sports i.e. a sports enthusiast University Degree or above. Preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline. Passion for sports
