Director - Revenue Management (On-site)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director - Revenue Management is responsible for the monthly billing of invoices to various clients, the verification of receipt and movement of revenue within the company, and the oversight of P&I advances, and the posting of cash as recovered from the clients/investors. This includes the reconciliation of cash between the billed amounts and received amounts, and will entail monthly reporting to senior leadership. The Director - Revenue Management will interact with internal Investor Reporting teams, as well as the Accounting and FPNA departments as well as external clients as needed. This person will be responsible for working with corporate accounting and related third parties to ensure financial control of all money movement related to advances, collections, and advance facilities.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the generation of monthly invoices for clients, including, but not limited to, monthly advance settlements, monthly fee revenue recovery, and compensation interest.Maintain a system of monthly advance reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of advance reporting and balances.Manage revenue reconciliation, validating fees billed versus fees collected. Coordinate with accounting on cash mapping and movement to ensure timely GL reconciliation.Resolve any coding issues with reports by working with management to make the necessary changes and update policies and procedures.Manage ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.Responsible for the development and management of staff at multiple sitesProvides account management to existing servicing clients.Create management reports (quality, productivity, customer service, operational efficiency)Manages projects with IT to conduct testing to meet project timelines.Manages client relationship through all phases of the servicing cycle.Creates and maintains project schedules.Work with internal Investor Control team to ensure accurate information is supplied for various audits both internal and external.Coordinate with the department's management to address issues identified so that reoccurring process issues can be remedied.Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.8+ years’ Mortgage Servicing with 5+ years Investor Reporting experience required.2+ years’ Management experience required.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

Advanced MS Excel experience required including pivot tables, Vlookups and other complex formulas.Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.SQL or other database reporting experience preferred.Servicing Director knowledge a plus.Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically.Strong communication skills to interact with Senior Management and other business units.Working understanding of operational risks and related controls.Understanding of RegAB and USAP Guidelines.
