IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Develop and implement the overall SIOP strategy, aligning with business goals to optimize supply chain performance. Lead the cross-functional SIOP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, inventory targets, and production plans. Establish standard processes, policies, and procedures to improve demand planning, supply chain agility, and inventory management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, technology, and process optimization. Supervise demand forecasting processes, working with Sales and Marketing to ensure accuracy and responsiveness to market trends. Develop supply planning strategies to optimize production schedules and mitigate risks related to material availability and capacity constraints. Align supply plans with financial objectives, balancing cost efficiency with service level expectations. Optimize inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing excess and obsolescence. Collaborate with Operations to balance production capacity, lead times, and inventory buffers. Implement inventory control policies and critical metrics to supervise performance and drive improvements. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Facilitate executive SIOP meetings, presenting key insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Drive a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Leverage sophisticated analytics, ERP, and SIOP tools to enhance visibility and decision-making. Implement and optimize planning software to improve forecasting, scenario planning, and risk management. Track and analyze critical metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and production efficiency.WHO YOU ARE:

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
Educational experience to include bachelor’s degree in operations/engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field. Relevant years of experience in supply chain, operations planning, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment and proven success leading a team of individuals in a fast-paced, demanding environment commensurate with the level of the role. In-depth understanding of strategic business goals, sales, demand and supply & financial planning Proven experience leading SIOP or integrated business planning (IBP) processes in a sophisticated, global supply chain. Strong proficiency in demand planning tools, ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and data analytics. Proven track record to connect with people at all levels, ranging from analysts to high-level executives. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, agreement and commitment. Strong ability to lead teams and develop organizational talent. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Travel 50% (Domestically/Internationally) Authorized to work in the United States without authorization now and in the future.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
10+ years in supply chain, operations planning, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment. 7+ years proven success leading a team of individuals in a fast-paced, demanding environment MBA or related advanced degree highly preferred.
