Role Summary

Mavenir is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management. Position will drive customer success within the US TELCO space managing key accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Reports to the VP of MSO, Cloud & Satellite.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to maximize customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth within the satellite operator sector in the US.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within satellite operators, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment with customer needs and objectives.Drive proactive account planning and customer engagement initiatives to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of Mavenir's offerings.Monitor customer health metrics, analyse data, and implement action plans to address risks and opportunities, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.Minimum of 10 years of experience of account management, customer success, and related roles within the telecommunications industry; with specific experience within the MNO segment.Proven track record managing key accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.Strong understanding of Core Network and RAN and software solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multifunctional teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
