Director Sales Mid-West

MITER Brands also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales for the Mid-West to lead our sales team towards achieving exceptional revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive sales across our product lines, fostering relationships with key customers, and leading our sales team to exceed their targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership within the windows and doors industry or similar manufacturing sectors.

Pay Range:  172k - 215k, depending on experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and to develop effective sales tools and campaigns Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to optimize sales efforts and profitability Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the senior management team Collaborate with the product development team to ensure product offerings meet the needs of the market and clients Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining quality service and addressing issues and concerns promptly

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
