The Director Segment Marketing HVAC Europe will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and market share within the HVAC segment across Europe. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the HVAC segment.

Market Analysis: Cooperate with market intelligence manager to perform researches and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to develop marketing strategies,product positioning and refresh product roadmap recommendations

Campaign Management: cooperate with marketing communication manager for the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing, to generate demand and enhance brand visibility.

Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to specify, develop and launch new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively propose HVAC solutions. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with experience. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience, within the HVAC or related industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.

Ability to travel within Europe as required.
