Director/Senior Total Rewards Manager

Xometry is seeking a Director/Senior Total Rewards Manager, a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our company's global compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. This role is a key business partner, ensuring our total rewards strategy is competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and an understanding of the evolving landscape of employee rewards.

Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. This includes designing base pay structures, incentive plans, and a competitive benefits package. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive. Manage and administer the company's compensation structure, including job leveling, salary bands, and performance-based bonus and incentive plans. Oversee the administration and strategic planning of all employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans (e.g., 401k), and wellness programs. Evaluate and select benefits vendors and manage renewal processes. Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases and bonus payouts. Manage open enrollment for benefits and serve as the main point of contact for employee questions regarding compensation and benefits. Ensure all total rewards programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a business leadership role focused on total rewards. Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) are a plus Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, best practices, and legal requirements Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software
