The Opportunity:
In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Lab & Production Services and will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all operations associated with distribution, service logistics and strategic operations for the Service’s division. This role is responsible for maintaining and increasing service product revenue and profitability by implementing new service solutions and insuring high levels of productivity. The strategy execution must be coordinated for 3 geographic regions (Americas, AMEA, and Europe) and responsible for the management of six direct reports and matrix to three LPS business leaders.
This is a remote position, with an expectation of 50% travel time, including international travel.
What we’re looking for
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) is required / Master’s degree preferred
• Experience: 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years leadership/management responsibility; 7-10 years’ experience in Avantor services, sales and operations preferred

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$143,000.00 - $238,000.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
