Primary Responsibilities:

Provides subject matter expertise in areas of software delivery, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other areas of expertise based on established product, program, and project management techniquesSupporting complete department owning multiple technical assets and multiple global or geographically distributed teamsDesign, implement, and monitor all operations and key performance metrics or operational efficiency for the engineering teamManages and ensures projects are completed on time and in scopeAdapts program plans and priorities to address business, technical and operational challengesSets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of the teamMay oversee work activities to other team members, to ensure quality deliverables that meet program needs and requirementsProvides innovative solutions to technical challengesManages a team of high performing technical team, recruiting and developing them in their careerClearly communicates operational issues with business and impact. Leads RCA and established 360 loop of improvementRecommend new ideas to improve efficiencyStrikes a balance between throughput and stabilityComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in technical software engineering6+ years of experience of managing (manager or director title) technical engineering teams5+ years of experienced delivering technical products to an active user base in a live production environment5+ years of experience collaborating with product leadership to ensure project milestones are met3+ years of experience in executive stakeholder management and presentations

Experience in working within large organizationsExperience managing a geographically dispersed teamDeep knowledge of industry trends and best practicesDemonstrated leadership techniques of managing high-performing development teamsProven solid moral compass and commitment to core values of inclusion, empowerment, and trustProven sense of empathy for others, both end users and collaborators
