About Role
ガバメント共創推進部長は、国会議員やデジタル庁を始めとする政府機関、東京都等の主要自治体におけるキーパーソン、その他産学民のインフルエンサーとの関係を強化し、セールスフォースのテクノロジーの活用によるガバメントのデジタルトランスフォーメーション及び社会課題の解決をすすめるリーダーです。

Key Responsibilities

日本政府および地方自治体との強力な関係を構築し、顧客のビジネス目標に合わせて、全体的な長期戦略を開発および推進する

ガバメント向けのビジネスを展開するうえで必要なインフラの整備を行う。特に、ガバメント・クラウド対策、DMPの活用、ガバメント・プライスの設定などの戦略を構築し、チームメンバーをリードする。

セールスフォースのバリューをわかりやすく、政府関係者に伝えるエバンジェリストとなる。

グローバルチームと密なコミュニケーションを行い、海外のトレンドや先進事例を日本のステークホルダーに伝える

社会課題解決のための産官学民共創活動をリードし、それによってセールスフォースのビジネス拡大、特にビッグディールの創出に貢献する。

社内に向けて、ビジネスに役立つ政府関連情報を伝え、チャンスがあれば関係者を巻き込んだビジネスデベロップメントを支援する。

Preferred Qualifications 

政府機関（官公庁、地方自治体、国会議員・地方議員事務所等）での就労経験

テクノロジー企業における公共営業部門、政策渉外部門等での就労経験（３年以上）

デジタル社会推進本部所属の国会議員、デジタル庁幹部等、デジタル政策のキーパーソンとの深いリレーション

企業における新規ビジネス立ち上げ、ビジネスデベロップメント等の経験

高いビジネス英語力：TOEIC 900点以上または海外留学・勤務経験（１年以上）

高いコミュニケーション力：雑誌への寄稿またはイベント登壇の経験

クラウドサービス全般に関する知識と提案力
