Join Molnlycke Healthcare as a Director of Strategics Accounts for the Post-Acute market where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Skilled Nursing Home Chains, Home Health National Chains, National Hybrid Dealers, and Wound Care Clinic Networks.
Your expertise in developing and nurturing executive-level relationships with decision-makers along with strong knowledge of insurance and payer models will drive success across Strategic Accounts within the Post-Acute market. Using strong negotiation skills and extensive experience in large account sales, you’ll lead and direct cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration without a direct reporting relationship but a shared goal to improve patient care!
What you’ll do:
Develop, implement, and lead the strategic business plan for each assigned account, including Hybrid Dealer accounts and CoC IDNs. Continuously expand business opportunities and stakeholder relationships through pipeline development and introduction of new products. Establish and grow customer relationships at all levels, including the C-suite, ensuring satisfaction and service. Present pricing and clinical strategies to the pricing committee for approval and represent the company in sales calls and negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to develop and execute strategies for each account. Deliver quarterly business reviews for each strategic account. Resolve customer issues through coordination with the customer service department. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, handle sales administration tasks, and support special projects. Foster a positive, team-oriented approach by sharing best practices and collaborating with Strategic Accounts members.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 per year and this role is eligible for commission & car reimbursement. What You’ll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience: 10+ years of medical sales experience, 3+ years in a people management role. Experience selling to larger post-acute entities or organizations strongly preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and other business software (e.g., sales reports, forms, orders, records, business plans). Travel & Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 60%. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain required credentialing.
