Director Strategic Recruiting
The purpose of the Experis Director, Strategic Recruiting is to develop strategic partnerships with both sales and delivery to develop an actionable Delivery execution plan. This Director, Strategic Recruiting advances delivery objectives by shaping the delivery channel distribution process and ensuring value optimization from Delivery. This role is accountable to understand and address delivery needs and challenges of our organizational stakeholders, resolving conflicts between internal stakeholders when needed. This role also provides thought partnership on the job market as well as client-demand forecasting, while providing support to ensure an adequate pipeline of future delivery talent and performance ramp of new delivery talent. Details Making an Impact • Develop the execution plan, tools, and processes related to efficiently and consistently identifying the most effective Delivery plan for deals being cultivated by the Sales team • Identify and share insights with Delivery leadership regarding market needs, to ensure we are planful in ensuring our Candidates’ and Consultants’ skill set is in line with current market demands while skilling up for future demands • In conjunction with Sales, Market, Account and Delivery leadership, determine critical areas to build proactive candidate pipelines based on sales/account insight and general client and industry trends • Support Sales, Market, Account and Delivery leadership in assessing the need for adding or shifting existing recruiter capacity within or across markets, regions and recruiting channels • Partner with Sales, Market, Account and Delivery leadership with assessing recruiter performance and recommended actions • Develop, Coach next level Delivery leadership • Support Delivery leadership in the effort to attract and identify top recruiter talent • Partner with Delivery leadership in maintaining highly effective recruiter onboarding and training curriculums • As needed for critical, high volume client engagements, provide additional guidance on recruiting and sourcing strategies to ensure delivery success • Provide guidance to resolve issues and overcome hurdles for critical client requirements where Delivery challenges exist, typically as part of a Sales or Account Management escalation • General support in resolving conflicts between Sales, Market, Account and Delivery leadership • Drive continuous improvement with the Delivery teams • Drive Delivery responsibility in sales growth initiatives Sharing Expertise • Provide thought leadership on the current state of the job market as well as provide anticipated demand forecasting • Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry and technology trends, and make recommendations for technology and process improvements Gaining Exposure • Partner with Sales teams to provide delivery recruiting subject matter expertise and proactive solutioning to the client • Deeply connected to the business they serve; has an in-depth understanding of current and future business strategy and the delivery requirements needed to execute • Cultivate a panoramic view of what is happening with Experis clients and in the market, providing context for building the strategy. Your Typical Day • Facilitate meetings and alignment sessions with sales and delivery stakeholders • Ongoing communication and updates • Monitor revenue from various delivery channels, ensuring the decision tree results in the most appropriate channel being selected • Continually monitor the decision tree, driving Sales’ capabilities to quickly and effectively select the most appropriate delivery channel autonomously • Travel – up to 20% Other accountabilities as assigned Required • 8 years’ experience and familiarity with all Industry Recruiting Delivery channels • Education: Bachelor’s degree Nice to have • Formal Business analysis or Lean / Six Sigma certifications • Worked for a large, global, matrixed organization ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
