Job Title: Director of Program Management for ITSM (IT Service Management)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Program Management for ITSM to oversee all ServiceNow projects being deployed. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, stakeholders, financial management, and all other aspects of individual and collective programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the deployment of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations are maintained.
Oversee financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and standards.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and issues.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the ITSM team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in program management, specifically within IT Service Management and ServiceNow deployments.
Strong understanding of ITSM best practices and frameworks, such as ITIL.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong financial acumen and experience with project budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
