Position Summary
The Director of Training and Quality is responsible for ensuring the retail health division becomes and remains a destination workplace where one receives world-class training and development. You will plan, design, and lead the implementation of training and quality programs that build and develop a strong workforce for the futureResponsibilities
Develop and maintain clinical curriculum for Retail Health staff.Oversee and maintain quality for Point of Care Testing training.Strategizes, designs, and directs activities to ensure the assigned division becomes and remains a destination workplace in any market that it touches.Directs the design, development and implementation of employee development strategies, programs and contentOversee quality measurement, improvement, and reporting programs, including quality and training throughputFacilitates change and transition efforts in various parts of the organization to ensure identified workforce goals are fully achievedServes as key contributor and partner in the journey to becoming a Highly Reliable Organization by supporting design and delivery of training and quality programsSupervises professional and clinical staff, providing direction, coaching, development and guidance to the same, creating a team environment through training, performance management, recognition/evaluation, and in-service education which produces optimum work habits and job performance.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing requiredMSN, MBA, MHA, MPH degree preferredCurrent license as a RN requiredTen (10) years of experience in any combination of leadership development, education, or training roleFive (5) years of experience in a management capacity Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experienceConsulting and/or executive coaching experience in a healthcare environment preferredOur Values

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $129,147.00 - $186,722.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
