This leader will play a crucial role as a member of the startup team, overseeing team member deployment, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with transition team standards. We have plans to formally help you perform in role, rapidly grow, and prepare for your next role and benefit personally and professionally: · Intensive new site startups, transformations and launches provide opportunities for accelerated career growth · Startup and transition environments across geographies provide exposure to a wide variety of clients and industry sectors, broadening your experiences and skills · Extensive exposure to executives who will provide mentorship and coaching · In between client engagements you will gain more knowledge through crafted skill building courses, job shadowing, mentoring and more · While high travel is expected, we aim to ensure this role has scheduled time “off the road”, ideally at least 1+ week(s) per month · Highly competitive compensation, reflecting the importance of this critical role · In 18 to 24 months of successful performance, you will be ready for a broader role in our organization if you desire different challenges **Key Responsibilities** : · Actively lead as a member of the startup transition excellence team, taking a hands-on approach to team deployment and performance management. · Monitor team performance metrics to ensure compliance with established transition team standards. · Serve as a subject matter expert in designated areas, providing guidance and support to team members. · Collaborate with team members to develop and refine operational standards and best practices. · Document processes and contribute to the creation and maintenance of playbooks to support team consistency and efficiency. · Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and adherence to standards. · Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement. · Extensive travel as needed, approximately ~3 weeks per month, most months **Basic Qualifications** : · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. · Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably within a startup or transitional environment. · Strong knowledge of team dynamics and performance monitoring. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members. · Experience with playbook development and standard operating procedures. · Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. · Willingness to travel at least ~2 weeks per month as needed, with time at home ensured **Preferred Qualifications** : · Degree in business, operations, or engineering; advanced degree a plus · Experience leading or participating in large scale projects and/or startups in both new construction phase, greenfield manufacturing sites and long-established sites · Strong leadership skills, especially in newly formed teams, with experience leading teams within this context. · Influencing: ability to navigate complex situations and conflict, influence without formal authority and handle tight deadlines with composure · Process and standardization certifications and training (lean, kaizen, etc.) REQNUMBER: 107491 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
