The Role
Join Veeva as we modernize laboratory management software in the cloud. As the Director, Veeva LIMS Strategy, Europe, you will be responsible for growing the Veeva LIMS customer base across EU markets. We are seeking a leader who can direct the convergence of sales, marketing, product, and services into a cohesive vision for the market. This individual understands the global life sciences quality and manufacturing software solutions space, the associated digital technologies, with expertise in laboratory informatics, and has direct go-to-market experience. In this role, you will provide industry thought leadership to help craft customer solutions, facilitate relationships with key stakeholders, and support customer success. Your mission is to lead the evangelism and growth of Veeva LIMS across the European region.What You'll DoResponsible for entering and growing the European market for Veeva LIMSOperate in a customer-facing commercial capacity to drive positive outcomes for the industry and VeevaProvide thought leadership and direction to field-facing teams, including creating and maintaining relationships with executive leadershipProvide business and technology guidance to the product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in laboratory informatics softwareDevelop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of laboratory informatics solutions and maturing the product for future adoption by new and existing customersCoordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyondServe as an evangelist in the space by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring content for industry publicationsEngage with communities of practice, and manage relationships with partnerRequirements8+ years growing and scaling a technology offering at a laboratory informatics software vendor and/or laboratory informatics software consulting for life sciences companiesProven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutionsAbility to hold meaningful conversations with Heads of Quality and QC and relevant IT leaders regarding laboratory informatics software applications and the vision for modernization in this spaceAbility to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 40%Nice to HaveIndustry experience with QC, GMP quality content, training management, quality systems processes, or manufacturingLeadership of global Sales teams to drive opportunities with intensitySeasoned at developing and maintaining relationships with executive-level stakeholdersPublished thought leadership in the laboratory informatics space#RemoteSpain
