The Director- Vertical Sales (Experis) plays a pivotal role in elevating the performance and expertise of the dedicated vertical sales team. This team of Client Account Directors (CADs) manages a portfolio of named vertical accounts, focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes while driving business growth for Experis. As a subject matter expert in integrated solutions across Global and National Accounts, the Director also develops and strengthens the team’s sales and solutioning capabilities.

Making an Impact
•Provide subject matter expertise of Experis and ManpowerGroup, enabling the incumbent to position the CADs in the most efficient manner.
•Translate Vertical Account strategies and priorities into expectations for a team of sellers.
•Lead and develop a team of up to 20 Experis CADs, fostering skill growth, collaboration, and portfolio ownership to drive performance
•Establish and implement performance metrics and data tracking to create a revenue-focused, metrics-driven CAD organization.
•Coach and develop team members to build CAD capabilities within their assigned portfolio, fostering growth, ownership, and long-term portfolio expansion.
•Define and implement engagement protocols for CAD utilization and collaborative selling across segments (where appropriate for the account or portfolio).

Sharing Expertise
•Develop and facilitate internal learning sessions (e.g., Lunch and Learns) to educate the sales team leaders on when and how to engage CADs effectively.
•Function as a trusted advisor and expert for selling into complex global and national enterprise clients.
•Act as a trusted Experis sales and solutions expert, guiding the CAD team and client engagements.
•Partner in shaping tailored solution designs to meet client needs.

Gaining Exposure
•As a recognized subject matter expert in Experis, this role will partner with Vertical Sales Leadership to grow Experis within their named portfolio of vertical accounts.
•Work with Experis sales leaders to develop strategies to improve CAD effectiveness.
•Navigate the organization to most effectively resource sales meetings by providing both the sales expertise as well as the technical expertise.

Your Typical Day
•Conduct operational reviews, pipeline assessments, and performance check-ins.
•Hold regular 1:1s with CADs for onboarding, coaching, and development.
•Participate in Experis leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
•Partner with Vertical Sales Leadership team on account / portfolio sales strategy and plan.
•Engage directly with clients through calls and meetings.
•Travel requirement: approximately 50%.
