The Senior Director of Product Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of the product engineering function for the for the Legal Products division. This role is critical in driving the development and enhancement of innovative legal technology solutions that empower our clients to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

 

About The Role

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the business objectives of the Legal Products division.Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge legal technology products and services.Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.Innovation: Drive technological innovation by staying abreast of emerging trends and integrating new technologies that enhance our product offerings.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of software quality, security, and performance are maintained.Client Focus: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions.

 

About You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the legal or software industry.Strong understanding of legal technology products and market trends.Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
