We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms.We are seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join our Integrity Operations Team. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.The team's goal is to build and train a state-of-the-art Discoverability (Recommendation and Searchability) models and processes utilising innovative new technologies to drive new levels of performance and efficiency. We are seeing a highly motivated with prevent track record, project manager to lead large scale operational processes, projects, and programs, working cross functionally with a large technical and non-technical Cross Functional Partners (XFNs) and reviewer team to quickly iterate and improve outputs in a fast paced and data driven environment.
**Required Skills:**

1. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
2. Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
3. Experience of effectively communicating new concepts and ideas to a broad and varied range of partners and stakeholders, on a regular basis
4. Experience of solving complex problems and embracing ambiguity to drive efficient and impactful solutions
5. Experience of prioritizing your workload effectively, successfully managing time and stakeholders, to achieve goals
6. Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
7. Analyze data to identify user behavior and experience suggest recommendations to improve the Discoverability products (Recommendation and Searchability.
8. Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
9. Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
10. Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
11. Build effective, collaborative and resilient cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
12. Develop a understanding of the integrity issues and how they affect our community
13. Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
14. This role may involve exposure to potential objectionable content including but not limited to hateful conduct, violence and incitement and bullying and harassment, graphic content and other potential objectionable material, i.e. graphic violence, exploitation, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.

16. Bachelor's degree
17. 4+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team
18. 2+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
19. 2+ years of experience doing business process analysis
20. Experience communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
21. Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase impact
22. Experience of working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
23. Experience of thinking through tough problems, and building 0-1 solutions
24. Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
25. Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
26. Experience/Familiarity working with potentially sensitive content.

28. Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) management, quality assurance and process optimization
29. Experience working in a technology company or consulting firm

31. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field
32. 2+ years of experience using Structured Query Language (SQL queries or R to perform advanced analysis.
**Public Compensation:**
$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
