The PositionThis role is initially for a 12 months fixed-term contract with the possibility to prolong.
Travel expected within Slovenia: 70% field, 30% office.
The Disease Area Field Partner (DAFP) for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is responsible for managing assigned customers and stakeholders in MS as agreed upon with the line manager and Patient Journey Partner in order to ensure that products and company strategies are effectively implemented.
This role suits a self-driven, persistent and a problem solver professional, with the ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships and to leverage his/her expertise to provide the best outcome scenarios.
Career Opportunities and Challenges
Implement the strategy and plan for agreed customers in collaboration with the appropriate functions within the company
Monitor market environment, stakeholders, priorities, tasks, and decisions of agreed customers
Identify opportunities in the market according to the defined therapeutic area and act as a link between the needs of the ecosystem and the internal team to ensure strategic alignment
Build and maintain effective professional customer relationships including new stakeholders beyond Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) who support access to Roche products to eligible patients
Ensure differentiated service and a comprehensive Roche value proposition for our customers
Propose and implement an action plan in collaboration with other internal stakeholders to optimize market access to Roche products in specific disease areas
Adhere to all Roche Corporate Business principles, code of conduct, policies, and practices together with the team
Who You Are
University education in Pharmacy, Medical field, Natural and/or Biomedical sciences
Strong integrity and ethical personal values
Proven working experience (2+ years) in the pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare environment
Local language at the native level and good command of English both written and spoken
Good knowledge of the hospital tender process is a plus
In-depth knowledge and understanding of neurology (multiple sclerosis) is an advantage
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with a wide range of staff and board members
Demonstrated customer focus, and ability to explore, understand and anticipate customer needs
Ability to identify and set priorities based on business needs
Strong business acumen and systemic view
You are well organized and use project management skills and ability to manage multiple competing projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines whilst keeping an eye on details
Proven ability to make effective decisions
