Position Responsibilities:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by:

Cleaning and sanitizing cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.Keeping the dish area organized and ensuring proper machine temperature and chemical safety.Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house spaces.Properly disposing of waste and following dumpster procedures.Supporting the kitchen team with additional back-of-house tasks as assigned by management.

Position Qualifications:

Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Must be able to:Lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.Walk and stand for extended periods with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
