What You Will Be DoingComply with all Six Flags policies and proceduresSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine, then sort and stack clean dishesWash pots, pans, and trays by handFill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutionsOther duties as assigned by managementHow You Will Do ItAssemble/disassemble dish machineWipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dryNotify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperaturesNever touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands firstClean dish machine, inside and outside, pot sinks and surrounding areas including garbage disposalsRemove trash and garbage to dumpsterGeneral cleanup of kitchen as directed by managementClean and roll/unroll mats, clean all tables, sinks, and counters throughout kitchen areaWhat You Will NeedMust be 18 or overMust be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of timeFor safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageBe available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelinesMust be a friendly and outgoing team player
