Key Responsibilities:

Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware. Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping. Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage. Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system. Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.  Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.  Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant experience.

Other Qualifications:

 Regular and reliable attendance.

Working Conditions

Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 45 lbs. Dishwashing areas are often warm and humid due to hot water and steam. The environment may be noisy due to dishwashing machines and kitchen activities. Work extended hours during special events and holiday season. Work weekends and holidays

Compensation:

$15 an hour
