Job Overview:

As a Dishwasher Staff Member, you’ll be responsible for the cleaning kitchen area  

 

Your Responsibilities:

Operate the industrial dishwasher Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary Empty and clean all trash receptacles Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources Clean dish storage Follow sanitation policies at all times Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times Perform opening, closing and side work assigned Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately

Skills & Qualifications:

 

Education:   

High school graduate or GED preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

Friendly demeanor Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly Communication skills (listening, verbal and written) Must be able to bend, stoop and reach, twist, Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Use Labeling and storage of Chemicals Organizational skills Attention to detail Problem solving skills Common Sense Team player but can work independently

 

Schedule: Variable

Compensation: $17 hour
