We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area. As part of our Utility/Dish team, you’re the unsung hero that keeps the kitchen moving. From keeping dishes spotless to supporting clean-up and restocking, you help maintain the pace and the positive flow behind the scenes. What You’ll Do: + Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment + Keep dish station clean, organized, and properly stocked + Assist with trash removal, restocking, and general kitchen and restaurant upkeep + Support your teammates wherever needed during service + Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures What You Bring: + A strong work ethic and great attention to detail + Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen + Ability to stay positive and productive under pressure + No experience required — we’ll train the right Employee!
