About the Role & Program
Join us for the opportunity to intern with the team responsible for overseeing the production of content geared towards kids, teens and families for Disney+ and Disney Channel linear networks. We encourage teamwork, learning and development while striving to keep our creative output top in class. If you are interested in the industry, learning the behind the scenes of project creation and completion, and are passionate about kids and family content, this would be a good role!
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through August 2025. If selected for this role, you will report directly to the VP of Production. A cover letter indicating your interest in the Disney Branded Television Production & Post-Production Intern, Summer 2025 is required.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support the Live Action Post Production and Production teams for Disney Branded Television. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our slate of projects and be exposed to the life cycle of them from start to finish. The role will also allow you to see firsthand the various step of a live action project from development, shoot, post and eventually through delivery.
Some responsibilities that you will help with include:
Updating and maintaining tracking grids and weekly reports
Note-taking in team and project meetings
Assisting with meeting agendas
Assisting with basic admin duties i.e. answering phones, scheduling meetings and crew events
Working in software databases such as Word, Excel, Ftrack and deliverable checklists.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Curiosity in production and post production of television
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Inquisitive mind that wants to learn
A positive attitude
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous education or experience in a related field (TV, film, post production, animation)
Prior administrative experience is a plus
Experience working in Airtable is a plus
Education
Junior or Senior year preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through August 2025
Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, California area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
