**About the Role & Program:** The Walt Disney Company's Corporate Communications department is seeking a **Digital Media Intern** to support the **Disney Corporate Creative Resources (DCCR)** Digital team. This intern will contribute to digital projects, including internal and external websites, email communications, and media asset management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Join us in shaping the future of Disney’s digital experiences! **What You Will Do:** As a Digital Media Intern, you will: + Code **HTML emails** and web pages. + Create and update events on the internal **Event Registration** platform. + Manage and prepare media assets and create web pages through **WordPress** . + Update and manage content across multiple websites, including **D23.com** , **The Walt Disney Archives** , and **TheWaltDisneyCompany.com** . **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + Experience with **HTML** for web page and email creation. + Familiarity with **Content Management Systems (CMS)** like **WordPress** . + Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** , and responsive design. + Basic knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator** . + Experience with **video encoding software** . + Familiarity with **jQuery** and other **JavaScript libraries** . + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with **UX/UI design** . + Familiarity with **accessibility standards** . **Education:** + Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s degree** in **Web Design** , **Web Technology** , **Computer Science** , or a related field. + Candidates graduating in **May/June 2025** preferred. **Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:** + Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. + Be at least 18 years of age + Possess unrestricted work authorization **Additional Information:** + Fully available for the entire program duration: June 2025 – January 2026 (6 months) from Monday through Friday. + Able to provide own housing for the internship program duration in Glendale, CA. + Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work. + Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program. The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $35.00 per hour.
