Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a EMS Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY.
The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations and scheduling of the Baptist Health EMS Dispatch Center. This person is also responsible for accuracy and expediency of the collating documentation and communications with crews for patients requiring transportation services to and/or from a Baptist Healthcare facility. They must maintain current knowledge of EPIC software along with specialized products such as snap boards and dashboards within EPIC, PCS form initiation and EMTALA form completion. This position is ultimately responsible for the integrity of data regarding the System Service Center EMS Dispatch Center. They must practice outstanding skill at protecting PHI and have exemplary communication skills.
Requirements
