Job Overview:
Provide customer service to all Fort Irwin personnel for services requested for facilities maintenance. Must be highly organized and possess basic office skills, such as alphabetical/numerical filing, typing, word processing, and/or checking a variety of data requiring a high level of accuracy in a fast passed environment. This includes the receipt and processing of work requests, inquiries, and complaints received in Company and Government systems. Operate general office machines necessary to perform assigned duties. Responsible for assigning the proper priority and work descriptions to all work requests received.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Receive, record, and distribute work orders for the department to appropriate crews. Process work requests and service orders using MAXIMO, GFEBS, and ArMA computerized work ordersystem. Close and appropriately file all work using MAXIMO, GFEBS, ArMA, hard copy, and/or digital systems. Process report data using MAXIMO, GFEBS, and ArMA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook. Accurately prioritize and dispatch work order requests to appropriate craft shops. Perform customer assistance such as receive and process customer complaints and inquiries. Create service orders from work requests.
Basic Qualifications:
Must possess High School diploma or equivalent. Must have two (2) years' experience in general office administration and customer service. Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License. GFEBS Certifications CAC RequiredPhysical Factors:
