DISPATCH COORDINATOR
Weatherford have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team at the Alten’s facility in Aberdeen. **Our generous benefits include:** Core Benefits: + Private Health Care (employee cover) + Pension Scheme + Group Life Assurance x 3 salary + Group Income Protection + 29 Days Annual Leave (+ 4 fixed bank holidays) Flexible benefits (at Employee Cost): + Health Cash Plan + Additional Leave Purchase Scheme + Dental Scheme + Cycle2Work Scheme + Flexible Discount Platform (no cost) + Discounted Gym Membership scheme + Electric Car Scheme (Coming soon) **Key responsibilities:** + Coordination of Local, National, and International Operational Dispatch Loadouts through to completion. + Keep Clients' External Portals Up-to-Date - ie.Kabal + Update of HMRC Portal on all UKCS Movements. + JD Edwards Work Order Creation & Closure. + Organising the Operational Dispatch Certification Packs. + Maintain the team's Shared Email Inbox. + Order Quotations within JD Edwards for product lines for procurement to go forward with the order process. + JD Edwards Product Line Off Hiring. + Transfers and redeployments of service rental through JD Edwards (WFT to WFT). + Scanning and indexing (work orders, certification, dispatch papers) through WebCentre). + Setting up and coordinating Third Party Inspection for a review of product line maintenance and repairs. + Receiving purchase orders through JD Edwards for N line types (consumables) and third-party rental line types (Rental Number). + Assist operations/administrative departments with their needs, such as tracking inventory and assets. + Must be aware of and abide with all Weatherford safety regulations and corporate standards. + Work assignments completed to the best standard possible. + Carry out additional tasks and activities as directed by your supervisor while keeping in mind your job's physical requirements. + Take part in an on-call rotation. **Qualifications** **Required:** + Minimum 2-3+ years dispatch/mobilisation experience. + Experience in Document Control / Certification. + Experience in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams. + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. + Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers. **Preferred:** + Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business would be beneficial. + Experience using JD Edwards, SAP or similar would be beneficial. **Job Types** : Full-time, Permanent **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Work Location** : In person
