Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to coordinate and communicate vital information, such as customer orders, service requests, and emergency alerts. This role involves managing the Quest system specific to the industry, handling all incoming calls and scheduling, servicing about 25 technicians, and coordinating tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This position also includes administrative tasks as assigned.

This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in a designated office shared with another Dispatch Coordinator. The work environment is friendly and relaxed, with a dress code of jeans and a t-shirt. The company has a total of 60 employees, and the president walks through every morning to greet everyone. Food trucks visit the office, and there are holiday parties at Top Golf. The company is family-owned, promotes from within, offers great training, and provides competitive benefits including holiday pay and vacation pay while on contract.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
