In this role, you will be a key contact for internal & external communication between customer service, warehousing, transport, and logistics. Keeping Chain of Responsibility as a key focus when undertaking your daily tasks. You will report into the Warehouse Manager and required to be onsite for day shift hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for: \u2022 Allocating & coordinating truck movements \u2022 Creating pick slips, DA\u2019s and pallet transfers as well as issuing and adjusting corrugates \u2022 Liaising with scheduling & customer service to ensure stock is ready at allocated times. \u2022 Communication to our interstate/external providers to ensure bookings are made. \u2022 Assisting Forklift Driver loading requirements. \u2022 Reconciling Chep & Loscam invoices. \u2022 Checking Interstate & sub-contractors invoices. \u2022 Cross train with Inventory controller What you will need to succeed: \u2022 The ability to work under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks. \u2022 Strong planning and organizational skills \u2022 Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word and Excel skills. \u2022 The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships. \u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \u2022 Willingness to grow and expand your skillset and teach others.
