Role Details
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the effective operation of the mine from a control room situation, providing tactical shift oversight and execution of the shift plan to improve overall production in a safe and efficient manner.

This is offered on 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off roster and would require the incumbent to be residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie.

About the role:
Assist in optimising mining activities by providing operational coordination through the effective use of the fleet management system as part of the shift management team along with production, drill & blast and Maintenance Supervisors and Leading Hands Ensure the equipment stoppages and delays are planned and coordinated to reduce impact to the production cycle Coordinate and monitor equipment operator breaks and ensure equipment is refueled and equipment delivered for planned maintenance in accordance with shift plan Contribute to procedures and documentation for the safe and efficient operation of Dispatch Liaise with the crew, Dispatch Technician and Supervisor to ensure that the technology infrastructure, systems and main data references are maintained and working correctly
About you:
Previous experience in Komatsu and Caterpillar fleets in an operational context would be highly regarded Previous experience working with Wenco, Modular, Jigsaw or MineStar Valid Driver’s License is mandatory Excellent communication skills both written and oral Demonstrated high level of safety standards and work behaviours
