Dispatch Specialist II with DUCH
As Dispatch Specialist II with DUCH here at Honeywell, to join our BA Global Dispatch team in our in Bucharest office. Reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader, your main responsibility will be acting as first point of contact for customers and field service professionals’ issues, being an interface between them and the rest of the departments. Work out of our location in Bucharest on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Call taking (external & internal customers)Email handling (external &internal customer) Case – Work Order – Service Appointment creation in Salesforce, depending on the issues specificity, after checking contract details and entitlementsService Appointment dispatch & re-scheduling for Field Service ProfessionalsField Service Professionals schedule monitoring (acceptance expiration, overlaps, rejected Service Appointments)Standard Operating Procedure creation & updateCustomer Portal cases monitoringMonitoring of Field Service Professionals generated casesWork Order managementSupports all local or global initiatives, making sure proper actions are taken as instructedRuns reports for customers and local administrative teams and takes needed actionsWE VALUE:
Minimum college graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 1-year experience in Customer SupportEnglish – advanced levelAnother language (or several others) depending on the countries they interact withGerman language is mandatoryNICE TO HAVE:
Salesforce knowledge is nice to have but not mandatoryDetailed oriented, very good communication skills, good organizer, teamwork, multitasking, good reporting skills, customer orientedOur offer
