We are currently seeking a Dispatch Specialist to join\nour Global Dispatch team in our in Bucharest office. Reporting to the\nDispatch Team Leader, your main responsibility will be acting as first point of\ncontact for customers and field service professionals’ issues, being an\ninterface between them and the rest of the departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Email\n handling (external &internal customer)
Case\n – Work Order – Service Appointment creation in Salesforce, depending on\n the issues specificity, after checking contract details and entitlements
Service\n Appointment dispatch & re-scheduling for Field Service Professionals
Field\n Service Professionals schedule monitoring (acceptance expiration,\n overlaps, rejected Service Appointments)Customer\n Portal cases monitoring
Monitoring\n of Field Service Professionals generated cases
Work\n Order management
Supports\n all local or global initiatives, making sure proper actions are taken as\n instructed
Runs\n reports for customers and local administrative teams and takes needed\n actions
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Minimum\n college graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum\n 1-year experience in Customer SupportEnglish\n – advanced levelMust be able to work in shifts:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 - 16:00, 9:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00,\n12:30 - 21:30, 21:00 - 7:00
Weekend: 7:00 - 17:00, 21:00 - 7:00
