POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dispatcher, Transportation and Valet monitors and ensures timely dispatch of limousine units based on the daily trip summary.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Studies daily trip summary and assigns appropriate vehicle and buggy units to successfully serve all transport service requests.
2. Ensures that manning (vehicle and buggy drivers) and vehicle units and buggy units with complete amenities will be sufficient based on the plotted trips and possible additional/ immediate trip requests.
3. Monitors and ensures that vehicle and buggy units will be dispatched on time based on the schedule.
4. Regularly contacts vehicle and buggy unit driver for latest update on the on-going trips.
5. Constantly coordinates with the Reservation Assistant for the smooth flow of the operations.
6. If in case of additional/urgent request, provides appropriate vehicle/buggy based on the current vehicle/buggy availability.
7. Ensures that complete details of instructions will be properly relayed to the Limo Driver.
8. Ensures that all monitoring (dispatch monitoring and Smart2Car System) must be regularly updated.
9. Complies with dispatching guidelines imposed by the Business Unit.
10. Ensures that limousine driver completely accomplishes the trip ticket. Trip tickets of all served transactions must be endorsed to Reservation Assistant.
11. Ensures that limousine driver properly and completely accomplishes the vehicle and accessories checklist upon vehicle delegation and return.
12. Monitors gas level of vehicles and battery level of buggy units. Informs Immediate Superior of vehicles which will require fuel replenishment. Ensures that buggy units will be charged on prescribed number of hours.
13. Checks cleanliness of vehicle/buggy units and checks grooming of vehicle and buggy drivers.
14. Conducts regular inventory of vehicle/buggy kit and vehicle/buggy tools. Ensures that items inside the vehicle and buggy kit are complete.
15. Monitors amenity supplies/stocks and properly records usage/consumption
16. Immediately informs Immediate Superior for any vehicle issues, incident, and concerns.
17. Ensures proper accounting of company properties and endorsement. Maintains accurate and complete inventory record.
18. Other tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
Minimum 1-2 work experience as Dispatcher in a Hotel Industry or Vehicle Leasing providers.
