Job Duties and Qualifications This is an entry-level position. + Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment. Requirements + High school diploma or GED equivalent + Knowledge of two-way radio and telephone operating procedures. + Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint Skills preferred + Schedule: 6 days on, 3 days off.
